At Results FAST we have a variety of membership options and packages designed to specifically fit your personal goals, requirements and availability.

Our memberships are structured to ensure that no matter your age, ability or goal we can provide you with a customised programme of training and nutrition to maximise your results.

Trial Membership

We appreciate that you may not be familiar with our particular style of service so we want to give anyone who is considering joining us the opportunity to try our club before taking up a membership. Therefore we have trial membership options available:

14 Day Trial – FREE
30 Day Trial - £30

All trials include the following:

  • Unlimited access to our group fitness coaching sessions
  • A functional movement and health assessment to ascertain your current fitness levels
  • Our introductory diet and nutrition guide

At the end of the trial membership, if we are not the club for you simply walk away and you will be under no further obligation. Many people who come through our doors have already made up their mind to join the club through referral or by our reputation in the community, but for those who haven‟t yet decided, trying before you commit is the best way to get started.

Full Membership

Memberships are billed monthly and are either based on a 3 or 12 month agreement. Payment is made by standing order.

Coaching Memberships:
Membership is based on the number of training sessions you wish to attend each week including both group coaching and personalised programme days. All members receive a full functional assessment as well as our „Clean Eating Guide‟ in order to maximise your results through specific training and optimum nutrition.

Customised Memberships & Packages

Your membership is structured specific to your particular requirements for example if you believe you require more personalised attention when training perhaps goal specific or one to one packages will suit you. However, if you believe that your diet is the area you require more guidance and supervision in then our nutrition package is most likely for you. Beyond this we can certainly customise your membership further if required at your request.


Memberships range from £40-£100 per month and are available over varied periods of time,
dependant on your requirements.

FAST Fat Loss Plan

Our fat loss package is ideal for anyone looking to make a positive change to their body composition.
Whether you are aiming to get ready for a special occasion, tone up for the beach or simply just to lose a few pounds to feel healthier and more confident, this plan will meet your needs. With intensive training and a focussed nutrition plan personalised to your goals you will completely transform your body.

Athletic Performance Plus
Results FAST is a high performance facility designed by athletes for athletes. This programme of training is available to those who want to take their performance to the next level. You could be a young athlete looking for the next step or a current competitor looking for the ultimate training environment, whatever your age or experience Results Fast is a centre that is designed to unlock your physical potential.

Recover & Return
Have you got an injury that needs rehab or are you looking to get back to exercise after a time away from training? Our team of corrective exercise experts we can help you to devise a programme that will aide your recovery and help you to reach your goals in a safe and realistic time frame. Our GP referral qualified trainers are able to handle a multitude of conditions ranging from post natal exercise to joint reconstruction rehabilitation.

Focussed Nutrition Plan
This includes a 30 minute consultation, diet review and feedback, Clean Eating Guide and Plan. If your goal is to lean up, improve your health or focus your diet for better results then this focussed package is for you.

One on One Personal Training (Limited Availability) If you are new to fitness training or feel that at this stage you require more individual attention you may want to consider one-to-one coaching.
