Ian Mellis MSc. C.S.C.S.

Ian Mellis is the co-founder and Training Director of Results Fitness and Sports Training. Ian received his Masters in Sport Science: Assessment and Support, following on from his undergraduate degree in Sports Science. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
With a wealth of experience in personal training and strength and conditioning. His main areas of expertise are fast and effective fat loss, structured exercise programme design for results and corrective exercise for performance enhancement. Over the last 10 years Ian has helped individuals attain their fitness, body composition and performance goals with focused and organized training.
With over 15,000 hours of one on one training experience Ian has a wealth of experience in a variety of fields including rehabilitation, sports performance and focused changes in body composition from the occasional exerciser to elite performers.
Ian has written as a fitness and nutrition expert for a number of publications including Men‟s Fitness, The Times, The Telegraph, Rugby World and Ultrafit. He is also regularly featured in Men‟s Health magazine. Ian also holds the position of Technical Director for Matt Roberts Personal Training, the leading provider of exclusive personal training in London.
